摘 要:罗河铁矿为提高一段磨矿能力,针对其溢流细度不足的问题,以一段入磨产品为研究对象,进行了精确化磨矿试验研究。试验结果表明:采用球径ϕ40 mm、ϕ30 mm、ϕ20 mm配比为40%∶50%∶10%,混合球径平均33 mm的精确化磨矿装球制度,与现场一段溢流相比,闭路试验获得的产品欠磨粒级铁分布率由37.81%降低至20.78%,合格粒级铁分布率由42.32%提升至59.89%,过磨粒级铁分布率由19.87%降低至19.33%;磁选试验获得的精矿产品铁回收率为89.92%,均大于采用偏大球装球制度和偏小球装球制度获得的铁回收率;精确化磨矿制度可以改善磨矿产品的粒度分布特性,提高磨矿产品的选别指标。In order to improve the one stage grinding capacity of Luohe Iron Mine,aiming at the prob⁃lem of insufficient overflow fineness,taking the one stage grinding product of Luohe Iron Mine as the re⁃search object,the accurate grinding test was carried out.The test results show that the accurate grinding ball loading system with the ball diameter ofϕ40 mm,ϕ30 mm andϕ20 mm of 40%∶50%∶10%and the average diameter of the mixed ball of 33 mm is adopted,compared with the on-site one stage overflow,the underabrasive grade iron distribution rate in the closed-circuit test decreased from 37.81%to 20.78%,the quali⁃fied grade iron distribution rate increased from 42.32%to 59.89%,and the over-abrasive grade iron distri⁃bution rate decreased from 19.87%to 19.33%.The iron recovery rate of the concentrate product obtained by the magnetic separation test was 89.92%,which was higher than the iron recovery rate obtained by the larg⁃er ball loading system and the smaller ball loading system.Accurate grinding system can improve the particle size distribution characteristics of grinding products and improve the separation index of grinding products.
