摘 要:针对某石灰石矿数字化、信息化建设目前所存在的问题,同时为了满足该矿自身发展需求和整体部署,将“总体规划、分步实施”作为建设原则,进行了总体规划方案编制,分析了目前生产及管理中数字化矿山建设现状以及总体设计整体系统框架,制定出该矿采选数字化建设规划。一期规划设计由“1个中心+1个平台+3个系统”组成数字矿山智能管控系统,二期规划设计卡车智能调度系统;最终实现了矿山资源可视化、开采方案合理化、出矿品位均匀化、指标控制精细化、生产调度智能化,可为类似矿山企业的数字化、智能化建设提供参考。In view of the current problems in digitization and informatization construction of a lime⁃stone mine,and in order to meet the mine's own development needs and overall deployment,"overall plan⁃ning,step-by-step implementation"is taken as the construction principle,the overall planning scheme is formulated,and the current situation of digitization mine construction in production and management and the overall design of the overall system framework are analyzed.The limestone mine mining and selection digital construction plan is made.The first phase planning and design consists of"one center+one platform+three systems"composed of digital mine intelligent control system,and the second phase planning and de⁃sign of intelligent truck scheduling system.Finally,the visualization of mine resources,rationalization of mining schemes,homogenization of ore grades,refinement of index control and intelligent production sched⁃uling are realized,which can provide reference for the digitization and intelligent construction of similar mining enterprises.
