摘 要:以刚果(金)某铜钴矿为例,立足其资源分布特点,以采、选、冶三大工艺总体最优为理论基础,根据矿石性质和最佳选冶工艺对矿石类型进行再细分;结合各类矿石选冶处理工艺要求,分析了开采方案影响因素,对分期开采、选冶厂分期建设方案、开采顺序进行了研究。最终确定采用分期开采+处理规模逐步扩大+选冶工艺流程与之配套逐步过渡方式,实现处理规模与矿石体量、品位合理匹配,促进了项目的建设及可持续发展,为今后的开发决策提供借鉴和参考。Taking a copper and cobalt mine in Congo as an example,based on the distribution charac⁃teristics of its resources,the ore types are subdivided according to the ore properties and the best beneficia⁃tion technology based on the theory of the overall optimal process of mining,beneficiation and smelting.Combined with the requirements of various ore treatment processes,the influencing factors of mining plan were analyzed,the phased mining,the phased construction plan of the smelting plant and the mining se⁃quence were studied,and finally the phased mining+treatment scale gradually expanded+beneficiation process flow and the supporting gradual transition mode were determined to achieve a reasonable match be⁃tween the treatment scale and the ore volume and grade,promote the construction and sustainable develop⁃ment of the project,and provide reference for future development decisions.
