摘 要:在单沿脉回采的分段空场法中,端部切割巷扩槽时,由于爆破后退线路的限制,出现多排同时爆破的现象。为减少爆破悬顶的事件发生,保证扩槽效果,根据自由面假说和补偿空间假说的相关理论计算公式或经验公式,确定切割槽炮孔凿岩爆破参数,并进行爆破试验。试验结果表明,爆破后形成的切割槽高度达到14.5 m以上(设计15 m),爆破宽度3.1~3.4 m(设计3.5 m),满足正常爆破自由面与补偿空间要求,爆堆块度较小;满足出矿要求及后期中深孔爆破要求,成功解决了大跨度中深孔落矿采场单侧切割巷炮孔过多的问题,增加了微差爆破技术的应用领域。Due to the limitation of the back line of blasting,the phenomenon of multi-row of simulta⁃neous blasting occurs when the end cutting lane is enlarged in the sublevel open-stope method of single vein mining.In order to reduce the event occurrence of blasting overhanging roof and ensure the effect of slot ex⁃pansion,the parameters of rock drilling and blasting were determined according to the relevant theoretical formulas or empirical formulas of free surface hypothesis and compensation space hypothesis,and the blast⁃ing tests were carried out.The test results show that the height of the cutting groove formed after blasting is more than 14.5m(designed 15m),and the blasting width is 3.1~3.4m(designed 3.5m),which meets the re⁃quirements of normal blasting free surface and compensation space,and the blasting block degree is small,which meets the requirements of ore extraction and late medium and deep hole blasting.The problem of blasting with too many holes in one side cut roadway in long span medium and long hole stope has been solved successfully,and the application field of differential blasting technology has been increased.
