梅山矿业岗位协力型业务外包模式探索及实践

摘　　要：为建设具有持续盈利能力和长远竞争能力的现代化新型矿山,梅山矿业公司在面临企业转型发展的严峻形势下,通过组织机构扁平化、业务流程优化、劳动组织优化、智慧制造、减员增效等举措来提升劳动效率,紧扣企业实际研究探索如何进一步深化业务外包模式,以岗位协力型业务外包模式的实施来辅助业务有序退出,提升企业劳动生产率,节约人工成本,为企业转型的顺利衔接提出了对策建议,并取得了一定成效,实现了保持现有年产500万t产能不降低的目标。In order to build a modern new mine with sustainable profitability and long-term competi⁃tiveness,in the face of the severe situation of enterprise transformation and development,Meishan Mining Company improves labor efficiency through measures such as flattening organizational structure,optimizing business process,optimizing labor organization,intelligent manufacturing,and staff reduction and efficien⁃cy increase.Based on the actual situation of the enterprise,this paper explores how to further deepen the business outsourcing model,assists the orderly exit of the business with the implementation of the coopera⁃tive-workers business outsourcing model,improves the labor productivity of the enterprise,saves the labor cost,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the smooth connection of the enterprise transfor⁃mation,and has achieved certain results.The goal of maintaining the existing annual output of 5 million tons of production capacity without reduction isachieved.
