摘　　要：文章对新型绝缘验电接地环安装方面存在的问题进行分析。对特殊环境下(地电位)绝缘验电接地环改良的基本要求加以阐述,指出在特殊环境下(地电位)安装普通绝缘验电接地环存在的不足,并以此为基础,对普通绝缘验电接地环的安装提出改良对策,以期提高绝缘验电接地环的应用范围,同时,又能从根本上保障线路施工、线路运行检修中验电、接电线悬挂的安全操作,提升安装效率和10 kV线路作业开展的安全性。This paper analyzes the problems existing in the installation of the insulation grounding ring,and expounds the basic requirements for the installation of the insulation grounding ring under special environment(ground potential),and points out the shortcomings of the ordinary grounding ring in the installation of the insulation grounding ring under special environment(ground potential),and on this basis,proposes improved measures for the installation of the ordinary insulation grounding ring.It is expected to improve the application range of the insulation test grounding ring,and at the same time,it can fundamentally expand the scope of ensuring line construction,checking electricity during line operation and maintenance,connecting wire suspension,improving installation efficiency and operation safety.
