摘 要:我国风能资源丰富,大力发展风电产业对于我国能源安全、环境改善、经济发展等具有重要意义。然而,由于过载、疲劳、冲击等原因,风电机组容易出现偏航齿圈轮齿折断的问题。此时,偏航齿圈无法正常工作,风机必须停止运行,进而会造成发电量损失。文章给出了堆焊修复、镶齿修复、CNC修复3种在线修复方式,旨在解决风电机组偏航齿圈轮齿折断问题,保证在短时间内修复折断的轮齿,恢复风机运行。该方法具有效率高、质量好等优势,有助于提高风机的发电量和风场的经济性。相关研究成果对我国风电行业的健康发展也具有一定意义。China is rich in wind energy resources,and vigorously developing wind power industry is of great significance to China’s energy security,environmental improvement and economic development.However,due to overload,fatigue,impact and other reasons,the wind turbine is prone to yaw tooth ring tooth fracture problem.At this time,the yaw tooth ring can not work normally,and the fan must stop running,which will cause the loss of power generation.This paper gives three online repair methods of overweld repair,tooth repair and CNC repair,aiming to solve the problem of broken teeth of wind turbine yaw gear,ensure that the broken teeth are repaired in a short time and restore the operation of the fan.This method has the advantages of high efficiency and good quality,which helps to improve the power generation of the fan and the economy of the wind field.The relevant research results also have certain significance to the healthy development of China’s wind power industry.
