摘　　要：线损率是中山供电局重要的考核指标之一,同样也是各电网企业的一项重要经济指标。基于中山供电局降低线损异常率的相关方案要求,结合“强化线损异常处置降损增效”的相关工作指引,巩固同期线损管控及高损治理成果,持续提升管理线损精益化水平。围绕“降损耗、促管理”的工作核心,提升线损异常处置效率和质量,实现线损异常率持续下降,从而促进线损管理等业务的不断提升。The line loss rate is one of the important assessment indicators for our bureau,and it is also an important economic indicator for various power grid enterprises.Based on the requirements of our bureau’s plan to reduce the abnormal rate of line loss,combined with the relevant work guidelines of“strengthening the handling of abnormal line loss to reduce losses and increase efficiency”,we will consolidate the achievements of line loss control and high loss governance during the same period,and continuously improve the level of lean management of line loss.Focusing on the core work of“reducing losses and promoting management”,we aim to improve the efficiency and quality of handling abnormal line losses,achieve a continuous decrease in the rate of abnormal line losses,and promote the continuous improvement of business such as line loss management.
