基于电梯检验规则下限速器和安全钳试验方法的探讨

摘　　要：文章通过对TSGT7001-2009《电梯监督检验和定期检验规则》和TSGT7001-2023《电梯监督检验和定期检验规则》新旧标准的解读,明确新旧标准对限速器、安全钳试验规范和要求发生的变化。在对旧标准下执行的现有限速器、安全钳试验方法进行介绍和分析其优缺点的基础上,提出改进后限速器、安全钳的试验方法。分析表明,新方法可有效提高试验的可操作性、安全性。This article interprets the new and old standards of TSG T7001-2009"Elevator Supervision,Inspection and Regular Inspection Rules"and TSG T7001-2023"Elevator Supervision,Inspection and Regular Inspection Rules"to clarify the changes that have occurred in the testing specifications and requirements for speed limiters and safety tongs between the new and old standards.On the basis of introducing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing testing methods for speed limiters and safety gear under the old standards,an improved testing method for speed limiters and safety gear is proposed.The analysis shows that the new method can effectively improve the operability and safety of the test.
