摘  要:基于电涡流电磁感应原理,采用LDC1000作为数据采集芯片连接六通道PCB线圈传感器,设计制作了一款卷烟包裹无损检测设备。该设备可安装于快递分拣中心输送带下方,对分拣包裹进行实时监控。试验结果表明该设备可有效检测卷烟包裹,检测准确率达到98%,误检率仅为1.2%。Based on the principle of eddy current electromagnetic induction,a non-destructive detection equipment for cigarette packaging was designed and manufactured by using LDC1000 as a data acquisition chip to connect a six channel PCB coil sensor.This equipment can be installed below the conveyor belt in the logistics sorting center to monitor the sorting of packages in real-time.The experimental results show that the device can effectively detect unlicensed cigarette packages,with a detection accuracy of 98%and a false detection rate of only 1.2%.
