摘　　要：设备全员生产维护管理(设备TPM)对提高设备运行效率和降低生产成本具有重要意义,文章旨在通过在A企业中推行设备TPM的实践经验总结出一套企业推行设备TPM活动的方法步骤,以提升企业设备生产效能和员工技能。文章采用实地调研的方法,通过数据分析,系统梳理了设备TPM活动推行的主要问题和难点。实践结果显示,企业推行TPM活动能够有效降低设备备品备件库存金额,减少设备故障停机时间,从而减少设备平均维修时间。Equipment TPM(equipment production maintenance management)is of great significance to improve equipment operation efficiency and reduce production costs.This paper aims to summarize A set of methods and steps for implementing equipment TPM activities in enterprise A through the practical experience of implementing equipment TPM in enterprise A,so as to improve equipment production efficiency and staff skills.This paper uses the method of field investigation and data analysis to systematically sort out the main problems and difficulties in the implementation of TPM activities.The practice results show that the implementation of TPM activities can effectively reduce the inventory amount of spare parts,reduce the downtime of equipment failure,and thus reduce the average maintenance time of equipment.
