摘  要:文章根据目前火力发电厂分散控制系统(DCS)的发展现状及趋势,提出以常规DCS基本架构和硬软件为基础,构建基于全厂一体化的智能控制系统(ICS)方案。方案中ICS系统网络结构分为机组监控层和厂级监控层,配置高性能控制器和高级应用服务器,提供基础的智能优化软件开发及运行环境,以及数据服务器,汇聚并建立全厂生产数据,为大数据分析提供高精度的生产控制数据。智能控制系统,在统一的平台下,各功能可根据实际应用情况和需求实现不同形式的协调运行,提高发电工艺过程或机组的整体性能和自动化水平。Based on the current development status and trends of distributed control systems(DCS)in thermal power plants,this article proposes a solution to build an integrated intelligent control system(ICS)based on the basic architecture and hardware and software of conventional DCS.The network structure of the ICS system in the plan is divided into a unit monitoring layer and a factory level monitoring layer,equipped with high-performance controllers and advanced application servers,providing a basic intelligent optimization software development and operation environment,as well as a data server.It aggregates and establishes production data for the entire factory,providing high-precision production control data for big data analysis.Intelligent control systems,under a unified platform,can achieve different forms of coordinated operation of various functions based on actual application situations and needs,improving the overall performance and automation level of power generation processes or units.
