度拉糖肽注射液相关的急性便秘1例与文献回顾

摘　　要：本文报道了1例男性患者在使用度拉糖肽注射液超说明书用药用于减重治疗后发生的急性便秘,并进行了全面的文献分析与总结。患者在对症治疗后便秘症状减轻,减少度拉糖肽注射液剂量后未再出现便秘。本研究度拉糖肽注射液与急性便秘的关联性评价结果为“很可能”,提示临床应用时应警惕急性便秘的发生。A male patient who experienced acute constipation after receiving anti-obesity therapy with Dulaglutide Injection was reported and a comprehensive literature analysis and summary was performed.The constipation was alleviated after symptomatic treatment and did not recur after dose reduction for Dulaglutide.As the relatedness between Dulaglutide Injection and acute constipation was judged as"probable",the drug should be used guarding against acute constipation in clinical practice.
