摘 要:知识融合技术能将诊疗决策医师群体的知识融合成集群体智慧的综合诊疗知识,实现更加科学准确的诊疗决策,从而提高中医急危重症临床诊疗效率。本研究结合中医急危重症诊疗知识的复杂性和模糊不确定性提出构建中医急危重症诊疗知识表示模型、建立中医急危重症诊疗知识模糊不确定性测度模型、构建中医急危重症诊疗知识融合框架的知识融合的实现路径,为实现中医急危重症诊疗知识融合提供参考,为提高中医急危重症诊疗效率提供思路。Knowledge integration technology can integrate the knowledge of the diagnosis and treatment decisionmaking physician group into a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment knowledge that integrates the wisdom of the group,so as to achieve more scientific and accurate diagnosis and treatment decisions,thus improving the clinical diagnosis and treatment efficiency of acute and critical diseases in TCM.Combined with the complexity and fuzzy uncertainty of TCM acute and critical diagnosis and treatment knowledge,this study proposed the realization path of knowledge integration to construct a knowledge representation model of TCM acute and critical diagnosis and treatment,establish a fuzzy uncertainty measurement model of TCM acute and critical diagnosis and treatment knowledge,and construct a knowledge integration framework of TCM acute and critical diagnosis and treatment knowledge,so as to provide a reference for the realization of TCM acute and critical diagnosis and treatment knowledge integration and an idea for improving the efficiency of TCM acute and critical diagnosis and treatment.
