摘  要:为研究竹纤维对水泥基材料力学和调湿性能的影响,以竹纤维掺量、竹纤维长度、水灰比为三个因素,每个因素设置三个水平,设计正交试验,制备竹纤维水泥基材料。以28 d抗压强度、28 d抗折强度、软化系数、总吸放湿率、吸放湿速率为测试指标,进行强度、耐水性和调湿性能试验。通过试验,寻找强度和耐水性能满足要求且调湿性能优良的配合比。结果表明:竹纤维水泥基材料的力学性能随竹纤维掺量的增大而减小,随水灰比的增大而减小;调湿性能随竹纤维掺量的增大而增大,随水灰比的增大而增大,竹纤维的长度对力学和调湿性能的影响不明显。当竹纤维掺量为5%、竹纤维长度为8 mm、水灰比为0.6时,材料强度和耐水性符合要求,此时调湿性能最优。In order to study the effect of bamboo fiber on the strength and humidity control properties of cement-based materials,bamboo fiber cement-based materials were prepared by using bamboo fiber as the humidity control substrate and Portland cement as the cementitious material.The water-cement ratio is three factors,and each factor is set to three levels.The orthogonal design test method is used.A total of 9 groups of mix ratios are designed.28d compressive strength,28d flexural strength,softening coefficient,total moisture absorption,the rate of moisture absorption and release is the test index,and the strength,water resistance and humidity control performance tests are carried out to find the mix ratio that meets the requirements of strength and water resistance performance and has excellent humidity control performance.The results show that the humidity control performance of bamboo fiber cement-based materials increases with the increase of bamboo fiber content,and increases with the increase of water-cement ratio.The effect of bamboo fiber length on humidity-conditioning performance is not obvious.When the bamboo fiber content is 5%,the bamboo fiber length is 8mm,and the water-cement ratio is 0.6,the moisture-conditioning performance of the material is the best.
