摘  要:目的探讨隐匿性桡骨小头骨折患者在CT与MRI诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2021年10月至2023年2月收治的的84例隐匿性桡骨小头骨折患者,行CT检查和行MRI扫描检查,比较两种检查方法检查结果。结果MRI检查对骨质挫伤、肘关节腔积液及软骨损伤的信号改变、隐匿性桡骨小头骨折的总检出率明显高于CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CT与MRI均能较清楚显示患者桡骨小头骨折的骨质部位的连续情况及周围组织肿胀情况,但是采用MRI对隐匿性桡骨小头骨折患者的诊断不仅准确率高于CT,而且能及时有效地对骨折做出准确的诊断,减少不必要的运动,使患者得到有效及时的治疗,有利患者早日康复;因此值得临床推广使用。Objectives To explore the clinical application value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of occult radial head fracture.Methods A total of 84 patients with occult radial tuberosity fracture who were treated in our hospital from October 2021 to February 2023 were selected for clinical imaging data,and were examined by CT examination and MRI scanning respectively,and the results of the two examination methods were observed and compared.Results The overall detection rate of MRI examination for bone contusion,elbow joint effusion,signal changes of cartilage injury,and occult radial head fractures was significantly higher than that of CT examination(P<0.05).Conclusions Both CT scan and MRI scan can clearly show the continuity of the bone site and the swelling of the surrounding tissue in patients.However,the accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of occult radial head fractures is higher than that of CT,which prompts clinicians to make an accurate diagnosis and reduce unnecessary movement in patients,so that the patients can be treated timely and effectively,which is beneficial for their early recovery.Therefore,MRI is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
