摘　　要：本文概括了中西医中眩晕的概念,论述了肝的生理特点、“肝体阴而用阳”的含义、肝与眩晕发病的联系,从肝的生理特点引申到从肝论治眩晕的理论依据,列举了曹林、刘英军两位老师基于“肝体阴而用阳”理论治疗眩晕的两则验案,总结了曹老的观点:“潜阳镇摂”治标,“滋阴调肝”治本,把握整体观念,探讨治疗眩晕的思路和理论依据。This article summarizes the concept of vertigo in Chinese medicine and Western medicine,discusses the physiological characteristics of liver,the meaning of"yin in property and yang in function of liver",the relationship between liver and vertigo.From the physiological characteristics of the liver to the theoretical basis of treating vertigo from the liver,two cases of vertigo treatment by Cao Lin and Liu Yingjun based on the theory of"yin in property and yang in function of liver"are listed.Cao Lin's views are summarized as follows:"subdue yang and Zhenshe"treats the symptoms of the disease,"nourishing yin and regulating liver"treats the essence of the disease.This paper grasps the holism to discuss the idea and theoretical basis of treating vertigo.
