摘　　要：目的 了解心血管内科(心内科)医护人员的急性心肌梗死(AMI)氧疗知信行现状及其氧疗行为的影响因素。方法 采用自制的医护人员AMI氧疗知信行调查问卷,对517名心内科医护人员进行问卷调查。比较不同特征医护人员的AMI氧疗行为维度得分,分析其氧疗行为的影响因素。结果 不同文化程度的心内科医护人员的AMI氧疗行为维度得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心内科医护人员的AMI氧疗知信行各维度得分和知信行总得分均处于中等水平,心内科医护人员的AMI氧疗行为维度得分与AMI氧疗知识维度得分、AMI氧疗态度维度得分呈正相关(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,心内科医护人员的AMI氧疗行为的影响因素为文化程度和AMI氧疗态度维度得分(P<0.05)。结论 心内科医护人员的AMI氧疗知信行各维度得分和知信行总得分均处于中等水平,文化程度和氧疗态度是其氧疗行为的影响因素。Objective To understand the current status of knowledge,attitude,and practice of oxygen therapy for acute myocardial infarction(AMI) among medical staff in cardiovascular medicine department and the influencing factors for their oxygen therapy behavior.Methods A total of 517 medical staff in cardiovascular medicine department were investigated by using the self-designed knowledge,attitude,and practice questionnaire for medical staff AMI oxygen therapy.Score of AMI oxygen therapy behavior dimension was compared between medical staff with different characteristics,and the influencing factors for their oxygen therapy behavior were analyzed.Results There was statistically significant difference in score of AMI oxygen therapy behavior dimension between medical staff in cardiovascular medicine department with different educational levels(P<0.05).Knowledge,attitude,and practice scores in various dimensions and total score of knowledge,attitude,and practice in AMI oxygen therapy among medical staff in cardiovascular medicine department were at the medium level,and AMI oxygen therapy behavior dimension score positively correlated with scores of AMI oxygen therapy knowledge dimension and AMI oxygen therapy attitude dimension among medical staff in cardiovascular medicine department(P<0.05).The results of multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that educational level and score of AMI oxygen therapy attitude dimension were the influencing factors for AMI oxygen therapy behavior among medical staff in cardiovascular medicine department(P<0.05).Conclusion Knowledge,attitude,and practice scores in various dimensions and total score of knowledge,attitude,and practice in AMI oxygen therapy among medical staff in cardiovascular medicine department are at the medium level.Educational level and oxygen therapy attitude are the influencing factors for their oxygen therapy behavior.
