摘　　要：毛泽东关于人民民主的理论思考和实践探索,为中国共产党探索、建立和实践全过程人民民主提供了宝贵的思想资源和实践经验。从思想史角度系统考察毛泽东人民民主思想的历史发展、内涵和特点,对于全面推进全过程人民民主的发展和创新具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。其中,从1906年到1920年,毛泽东的思考和探索以人民民主权益为主题,在其人民民主思想发展的总体历史中以“前马克思主义”为时代标识和思想特质。这一时期的思考和探索,初步彰显了毛泽东人民民主思想的鲜明价值底蕴和独特理论品格。Mao Zedong’s thought and practice on People’s Democracy,as a valuable leading resource both for theory and practice,played a crucial role in the development of the people’s democracy of the CCP.In the perspective of intellectual history,a systematic research and illustration of the involution,contents and characteristics of Mao’s thought on people’s democracy is significant to the contemporary development of people’s democracy.As an important beginning,the first stage of Mao’s thought on people’s democracy,from 1906 to 1920,which could be named as the Pre-Marxism Period in the whole intellectual history of Mao’s thought of people’s democracy,and characterized by the theoretical theme Democratic Rights of the People,evidently marked the time spirit and theoretical essence of this thought.Both of the value foundation and of the theoretical idea of Mao’s thought on people’s democracy,was clearly identified even in its initiative stage.
