人文关怀护理模式联合程序护理在肝癌患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨人文关怀护理模式联合程序护理在肝癌患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月1日~12月31日肝胆胰脾外科收治的80例肝癌患者,随机分为对照组和干预组各40例,对照组给予常规护理干预,干预组在对照组基础上采用人文关怀护理模式联合程序护理,两组均开展为期1个月的干预。比较两组心理状态[采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)]、并发症、生活质量[采用生活质量量表(QOL)评分]。结果:干预后,两组HAMD、HAMA评分均低于干预前(P<0.01),且干预组低于对照组(P<0.01);干预组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,干预组QOL各项目评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:人文关怀护理模式联合程序护理不仅能有效改善肝癌患者术后心理状态,还可降低术后并发症发生率,提高自我管理能力。Objective:To investigate the effect of humanistic care nursing model combined with procedural nursing on the liver cancer patients after surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients with liver cancer from January 1 to December 31,2021 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the intervention group adopted a humanistic care nursing model combined with procedural nursing on the basis of the control group.Both groups underwent one month intervention.The psychological status[Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)],complica-tions and Quality of Life(QOL)score of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the HAMD and HAMA scores of both groups were lower than before intervention(P<0.01),and the intervention group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).The total in-cidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the QOL scores of all items in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The combination of humanistic care nursing model and procedural nursing can not only effectively improve the postoperative psychological status of liver cancer patients,but also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve self-management ability.
