摘　　要：肾移植是尿毒症患者最好的肾脏替代治疗方式,一个成功的肾移植往往离不开血液净化,不同的血液净化方式也影响着肾移植患者的预后。因此,深入探究各种血液净化技术对肾移植围术期的影响尤为重要。本文就不同血液净化方式在肾移植围手术期的研究进展作一综述。Renal transplantation is the best renal replacement therapy for uremic patients.A successful kidney transplantation often relies on blood purification,and different blood purification methods also affect the prognosis of kidney transplant patients.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the impact of various blood purification techniques in the perioperative period of kidney transplantation.This article reviews the research progresses of various blood purification methods in the perioperative period of kidney transplantation.
