摘 要:二炔类化合物广泛存在于天然产物中,因其独特的结构和药理活性而引起广泛关注。其中,二炔类化合物作为一类重要的反应砌块,在生物医学和药物化学的合成中尤为重要。作为一类具有两个C≡C键结构单元的有机化合物,在一定环境下可以与缺电子物质结合,反应活性高,易发生串联环化反应。二炔串联环化的方式主要分为两类:自由基引发和非自由基引发。利用串联环化策略是合成硒吩衍生物的主要方法之一。系统综述了近年来二炔类化合物的底物分类及环化方式,并且简要列举了几种二炔类化合物在硒吩骨架构筑中的应用,为一步构建硒吩、吡咯、呋喃等杂环骨架提供思路和方法。Diynesexistwidelyin natural products and have attracted extensive attention because of its unique structure and pharmacological activity.Among them,as an important reactionbuildingblocks,diynes play a highly significant role in the synthesis of biomedicial and pharmaceutical chemistry.As a class of organic compounds with two C≡C bond structural units,it can combine with electron-deficient substances in a certain environment,with high reactivity and easy to producedomino cyclization reaction.There are two main types of the cascade cyclization reactions of diynes:radical initiation and non-radical initiation.Cascade cyclization strategy has been one of the main methods for the synthesis of selenophene derivatives.This article gives a systematic overview of thesubstrate classification and cascade cyclization reaction methods of diynes recent years,and the application of several diynesin the construction of selenophene skeletons are briefly listed,which provides ideas and methods for the further construction of selenophene,pyrrole,and furanthe heterocyclic skeletons.
