摘 要:为开发酞菁基水性聚氨酯油墨,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇400、N-甲基乙醇胺和一缩二乙二醇、二缩三乙二醇或三缩四乙二醇修饰的锌酞菁(ZnPc)为原料制备基于锌酞菁的水性聚氨酯(ZnPc-WPU)高分子乳液并配制成水性油墨,对酞菁基水性聚氨酯乳液和水性油墨的性能进行了表征。结果表明,水性聚氨酯乳液的固含量和稳定性随着ZnPc上亲水链段长度的增加而提高,吸水率没有呈现出规律性变化;水性油墨的低温稳定性较好,而耐高温性能有待提高;与未进行酞菁扩链的空白聚氨酯相比,实验组水性油墨的成膜性更好,表面光滑,油墨膜成色均匀,透明度好,满足了水性油墨的初步应用要求。For the develop of phthalocyanine-based waterborne polyurethane ink,isophorone diisocyanate,polyethylene glycol 400,N-methylethanolamine and diethylene glycol,triethylene glycol or tetraethylene glycol modified zinc phthalocyanine(ZnPc)were utilized as raw materials to prepare zinc phthalocyanine-based waterborne polyurethane(ZnPc-WPU)emulsion,and formulated into waterborne ink.The properties of phthalocyanine-based waterborne polyurethane emulsion and waterborne ink were characterized.The results show that the solid content and stability of the waterborne polyurethane emulsion increase with the increase of the length of the hydrophilic segment on ZnPc,and the water absorption does not show regular changes,the low-temperature stability of the waterborne ink is better,but the high-temperature resistance performance needs to be improved,compared with the control polyurethane without phthalocyanine chain extension,the waterborne ink in the experimental group has better film-forming property,smooth surface,uniform color and good transparency of the ink film,which meets the preliminary application requirements of waterborne ink.
