摘  要:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)树脂主要是指在酸性条件下,以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料,通过与正丁醛在低温下进行缩醛化反应,再经升温熟化、水洗、干燥等工序而制备。为优化PVB树脂分子结构与应用性能,通常会在反应过程中引入部分助剂调控分子间反应。因此,助剂的类型对PVB树脂的结构性能有着较大影响。研究了APG型表面活性剂(APG-08、APG-10、APG-0814、APG-1214)对PVB树脂分子结构与应用性能的影响。结果表明,APG型表面活性剂的加入可提高PVB树脂的缩醛化反应程度,部分APG型表面活性剂可显著提高PVB树脂的熔指性能,改善粒径尺寸等。Polyvinyl butyral(PVB)resin is mainly prepared under acidic conditions,with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as raw material,through acetalization reaction with n-butyraldehyde at low temperature,and then by heating and curing,washing,drying and other processes.In order to optimize the molecular structure and application performance of PVB resin,some additives are usually introduced during the reaction process to regulate intermolecular reactions.Therefore,the type of additives has a great influence on the structure and properties of PVB resin.This paper investigated the effect of APG type surfactant(APG08,APG10,APG0814,APG1214)on the molecular structure and application properties of PVB resin.The results show that the addition of APG surfactant can improve the degree of acetalization reaction of PVB resin,and some APG type surfactants can significantly improve the melting finger performance and particle size of PVB resin.
