高SiO_(2)含量的哑光膜用PET聚酯切片的制备

摘  要:以对苯二甲酸、乙二醇和SiO_(2)为主要原料,通过高效的SiO_(2)悬浮液分散装置、SiO_(2)的表面改性和微/纳米级SiO_(2)粒径复配等方式,采用原位聚合方法和四釜制的间歇聚合工艺制备了哑光PET聚酯切片。结果表明,在添加5wt%的KH570改性的SiO_(2)、900 r/min的圆盘式搅拌速率和8000 r/min的乳化速率、4wt%的5μm的SiO_(2)和1wt%的10 nm的SiO_(2)的条件下,与未处理的SiO_(2)相比,哑光聚酯膜的雾度和拉伸强度分别提高了46.6%和13.3%。因此,采用此方法制备的哑光聚酯,不仅提高了哑光聚酯膜的雾度和拉伸强度,也实现了市场对高含量SiO_(2)哑光聚酯切片的需求。In this paper,terephthalic acid,ethylene glycol and SiO_(2) were used as the main raw materials to prepare matte PET polyester chips by means of an efficient SiO_(2) suspension dispersing device,surface modification of SiO_(2) and compounding of micro/nano-sized SiO_(2) particles,as well as an in-situ polymerization method and a four-vessel intermittent polymerization process.The results showed that with the addition of 5wt% of KH570-modified SiO_(2),900 r/min disc-type stirring rate and 8000 r/min emulsification rate,4wt% of 5μm SiO_(2) and 1wt% of 10 nm SiO_(2),the haze and tensile strength of the matte polyester film,compared with that of the untreated SiO_(2),were increased by 46.6% and 13.3%.Thus,the matte polyester prepared by the method herein not only improved the haze and tensile strength of the matte polyester film,but also realized the market demand for matte polyester chips with high SiO_(2) content.
