摘　　要：目的研究分析甲磺酸氨氯地平片+非洛地平缓释片治疗原发性高血压对血压水平的控制效果。方法选取南华大学附属长沙中心医院在2021年7月-2022年12月期间收治的96例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=48),两组患者在入院后均需要接受非洛地平缓释片治疗,观察组在此基础上联合甲磺酸氨氯地平片治疗。对比两组的临床疗效。结果两组在治疗前的诊室血压,24h、日间和夜间血压及心率进行比较,并未存在显著差异(P>0.05),两组在持续治疗1个月后,就上述指标再次进行比较,均发生了明显变化,与治疗前比较,均存在差异(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的上述各项指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);但是对两组的不良反应总发生率进行比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论在原发性高血压患者的治疗中,与单纯非洛地平缓释片治疗相比,联合甲磺酸氨氯地平治疗能够提高疗效,对血压水平控制的效果更加明显,并且不会增加药物不良反应,联合用药的安全性较高。Objective To study and analyze the effect of amlodipine mesylate tablets+felodipine sustained-release tablets on the control of blood pressure in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods A total of 96 patients with essential hypertension admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=48)according to random drawing method.Patients in both groups were required to receive filodipine sustained-release tablets after admission,and the observation group was treated with amlodipine mesylate on this basis.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result There were no significant differences in blood pressure,24h,daytime and night blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).When the above indexes were compared again after 1 month of continuous treatment,significant changes occurred in both groups,and there were differences compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the above indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with essential hypertension,compared with felodipine sustained-release tablets alone,the combined treatment of amlodipine mesylate can improve the efficacy and has a more obvious effect on blood pressure control,and does not increase adverse drug reactions,and the combined treatment has a higher safety.
