沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性肾衰竭心脏射血分数下降的心力衰竭患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性肾衰竭心脏射血分数下降的心力衰竭(Heart failure with decreased ejection fraction,HFrEF)患者的疗效。方法筛选86例慢性肾衰竭合并HFrEF患者,时间范围为2020年8月-2023年8月,随机将其分为对照组(贝那普利片治疗)和观察组(常规药物+沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗),每组各43例,对两组治疗效果展开对比。结果相较于对照组,治疗后观察组LVEDD、LVESD数值更低,SV、LVEF水平更高,治疗后观察组GFP水平更高,Scr、BUN、hsCRP、IL-6水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异较小(P>0.05)。结论予以慢性肾衰竭合并HFrEF患者沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗可获得显著效果。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Sacubitril Valsartan in the treatment of heart failure(Heart failure with decreased ejection fraction,HFrEF)patients with decreased ejection fraction in chronic renal failure.Method 86 patients with chronic renal failure complicated with HFrEF were screened,with a time range of August 2020 to August 2023.They were randomly divided into a control group(treated with benazepril tablets)and an observation group(treated with conventional drugs and salbutamol valsartan),with 43 patients in each group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Result Compared with the control group,the observation group after treatment had lower LVEDD and LVESD values,higher SV and LVEF levels,higher GFP levels,lower Scr,BUN,hs-CRP,IL-6 levels,and statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was small(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of sacubitril and valsartan on patients with chronic renal failure combined with HFrEF is significant.
