摘　　要：目的探讨可调节型扩咽器辅助核酸采集在特殊人群中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2022年6月-2022年12月于赣州市立医院急诊科核酸室进行核酸采样时存在核酸采集困难的特殊人群60例,按照是否使用调节型扩咽器分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。观察组采用可调节型扩咽器辅助核酸检测,对照组未采用可调节型扩咽器辅助核酸检测。对比两组标本合格率、采样成功情况、采样所消耗时间、受检者满意度和咳嗽呕吐发生率。结果两组送检结果内标均起线,标本合格率为100.00%(30/30);观察组一次采样成功率83.33%、采样所消耗时间1-2min所占比例93.33%、核酸采样满意度96.67%,分别高于对照组的50.00%、73.33%、70.00%(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽呕吐发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(26.67%)(P<0.05)。结论可调节型扩咽器在特殊人群核酸采样中具有较高的应用价值,可提高一次采样成功率,缩短采样时间,降低采样时咳嗽呕吐发生率,获得了较高的采样满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of adjustable pharyngeal dilator assisted nucleic acid collection in special populations.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on 60 special populations with difficulty in nucleic acid collection who underwent nucleic acid sampling in the emergency department of Ganzhou Municipal Hospital from June 2022 to December 2022.They were divided into an observation group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases)based on whether or not they used a regulated pharyngeal dilator.The observation group used adjustable pharyngeal dilators to assist in nucleic acid testing,while the control group did not use adjustable pharyngeal dilators to assist in nucleic acid testing.Compare the qualification rate,sampling success,collection time,satisfaction,and incidence of cough and vomiting between the two groups of specimens.Results The results showed that the internal standards of the two groups of test results were all within the line,and the sample qualification rate was 100.00%(30/30);the success rate of one sampling in the observation group was 83.33%,the proportion of sampling time spent 1-2 minutes was 93.33%,and the satisfaction rate of nucleic acid sampling was 96.67%,which was higher than 50.00%,73.33%,and 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of cough and vomiting in the observation group(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group(26.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Adjustable pharyngeal dilators have high application value in nucleic acid sampling for special populations,which can improve the success rate of one sampling,shorten sampling time,reduce the incidence of cough and vomiting during sampling,and achieve higher sampling satisfaction.
