数字化免疫规划预防接种门诊在提高社区儿童预防接种不良反应信息质量的作用分析与儿童免疫安全性管理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨数字化免疫规划预防接种门诊对于社区儿童预防接种信息管理的作用。方法将2022年1月-10月160例社区儿童预防接种者以随机数字表法分为研究组及对照组,每组各80例。对照组常规接种,研究组依托数字化免疫规划预防接种门诊管理服务,预检登记、疫苗接种、严格留观,对两组不良反应进行对比。结果研究组监护人的接种知识知晓率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的接种等候登记、预约、收费等相关时间耗费以及不良反应发生率均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组监护人及接种儿童对接种服务满意度及其接种配合度、依从性、及时接种率均显著超过对照组(P<0.05)。结论推广数字化免疫规划预防接种门诊模式,有助于降低社区儿童预防接种免疫不良反应发生率。Objective The paper explored role of digital immunization planning on adverse reaction information management of community children's vaccination.Methods 160 vaccinated community children from January to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group(80 cases received routine vaccination)and study group(80 cases received digital immunization planning),adverse reactions between groups were compared.Results The awareness rate of vaccination knowledge among guardians in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the time spent on waiting for registration,appointment,and charging for vaccination in the study group,as well as the incidence of adverse reactions,were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the study group's guardians and vaccinated children with vaccination services,as well as their vaccination cooperation,compliance,and timely vaccination rates,were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Digital immunization planning can help reduce incidence of adverse reactions to vaccination in community children,it is worthy of promotion.
