冠心宁注射液联合美托洛尔、依折麦布对老年冠心病不稳定性心绞痛心肌酶谱和预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心宁注射液联合美托洛尔、依折麦布对老年冠心病不稳定性心绞痛心肌酶谱和预后的影响。方法选择天水市秦安县西川镇卫生院2022年1月-2022年12月收治的150例老年冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者为研究对象,按电脑随机法分组,分为观察组(75例)和对照组(75例);对照组患者给予美托洛尔、依折麦布治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上加用冠心宁注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(98.67%VS86.67%,χ^(2)=7.947,P=0.005);相对于对照组,观察组患者治疗后的心绞痛发作次数更少,心绞痛持续时间更短(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的心肌酶谱水平、炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率(2.67%VS9.33%)对比,差异不大(χ^(2)=2.955,P=0.086)。结论冠心宁注射液联合美托洛尔、依折麦布治疗老年冠心病不稳定性心绞痛的效果十分显著,具有很高的价值,可在未来临床中加以推广和运用。Objective To investigate the effect of Guanxinning injection combined with metoprolol ezetimibe on myocardial zymogram and prognosis in elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease.Method 150 elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(75 cases)and a control group(75 cases)using computer randomization;the control group patients were treated with metoprolol and ezetimibe,while the observation group was treated with Guanxinning injection on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result The effective rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(98.67%VS86.67%,χ^(2)=7.947,P=0.005);after treatment,compared to the control group,the observation group had fewer episodes of angina and shorter duration of angina(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of myocardial enzymes and inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(2.67%VS9.33%)(χ^(2)=2.955,P=0.086).Conclusion The combination of Guanxinning injection and metoprolol ezetimibe in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease has a significant effect and high value,which can be applied and promoted in future clinical practice.
