柴胡舒肝散联合替诺福韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察柴胡舒肝散联合替诺福韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法选取盱眙县中医院收治的82例慢性乙型肝炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各41例,对照组采用替诺福韦治疗,研究组联用柴胡舒肝散,对比两组临床疗效。结果治疗后研究组治疗总有效率与乙肝病毒脱氧核糖核酸(HBV-DNA)转阴率、血清白蛋白(ALB)水平高于对照组,且IV型胶原(C-IV)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA)、降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、总胆红素(TBIL)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)与谷草转氨酶(AST)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柴胡舒肝散联合替诺福韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎效果较好,可有效缓解患者肝功能损伤,抑制肝纤维化进程,减轻炎症反应,改善临床症状。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with tenofovir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods 82 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tenofovir,while the study group was treated with Chaihu Shugan Powder.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate,negative rate of hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid(HBV-DNA)and serum albumin(ALB)levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of type IV collagen(C-IV),laminin(LN),hyaluronic acid(HA),procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),total bilirubin(TBIL),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with tenofovir has a good therapeutic effect on chronic hepatitis B,which can effectively alleviate liver function damage,inhibit the progression of liver fibrosis,reduce inflammatory reactions,and improve clinical symptoms.
