雷火灸技术联合5型磷酸二酯酶抑制剂在中度男性勃起功能障碍的应用

摘　　要：目的探究雷火灸技术联合5型磷酸二酯酶抑制剂(PDE5i)在中度男性勃起功能障碍(ED)中的应用效果。方法选取2022年8月-2023年6月赣州市人民医院收治的80例中度男性ED患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各40例。对照组采用PDE5i治疗,观察组在此基础上加用雷火灸技术。比较两组的勃起功能障碍症状评分(IIEF-5)、阴茎长度及周径变化、阴茎夜间勃起硬度测定(NPTR)-Rigiscan改善程度、患者及性伴侣满意度。结果治疗1个月,两组IIEF-5评分、阴茎长度及周径均升高,且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗1个月,两组勃起次数、头部硬度>60%持续时间、头部周径变化均升高,且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组患者及性伴侣满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸技术联合PDE5i可减轻中度男性ED患者的勃起功能障碍,改善其夜间阴茎勃起情况,提高患者及性伴侣满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of thunder fire moxibustion technology combined with type 5 phosphodiesterase inhibitor(PDE5i)in moderate male erectile dysfunction(ED).Method 80 moderate male ED patients admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with PDE5i,while the observation group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion technology on this basis.Compare the Erectile Dysfunction Symptom Score(IIEF-5),penile length and circumference changes,penile nocturnal erection hardness test(NPTR)-Rigiscan improvement,and patient and partner satisfaction between the two groups.Result After one month of treatment,the IIEF-5 score,penis length,and circumference of both groups increased,with the observation group showing higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).After one month of treatment,the number of erections,duration of head hardness>60%,and changes in head circumference in both groups increased,with the observation group showing higher rates than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients and sexual partners in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder fire moxibustion combined with PDE5i can alleviate erectile dysfunction in moderate male ED patients,improve their nighttime penile erection status,and increase patient and sexual partner satisfaction.
