摘　　要：综合客运枢纽是区域和城市综合交通网络体系中的核心节点。基于以公共交通为导向的开发(TOD)模式的综合客运枢纽是新时期城市规划建设的重要内容,有必要对TOD模式的综合客运枢纽规划特征及实践进行总结。为进一步提升TOD模式综合客运枢纽规划及管理工作,文章分析了TOD模式的概念,阐述了新时期综合客运枢纽向TOD模式转型发展的重要意义。从TOD模式内涵出发,分析了基于TOD模式的综合客运枢纽特征,从用地开发、枢纽内外换乘、集疏运体系和内部空间布局等方面剖析了存在的主要问题,针对存在问题,提出加强顶层设计、创新协调机制、改进规划流程、完善规划导引等对策建议。Integrated passenger transport hub is the core node of regional and urban integrated transportation network system.Integrated passenger transport hub based on public transportation-oriented development(TOD)mode is an important content of urban planning and construction in the new period.It is necessary to summarize the planning characteristics and practice of TOD mode of integrated passenger transport hub.In order to further improve the planning and management of TOD mode integrated passenger transport hub,this paper analyzes the concept of TOD mode,and expounds the significance of the transformation and development of integrated passenger transport hub to TOD mode in the new period.Starting from the connotation of TOD mode,this paper analyzes the characteristics of integrated passenger transport hub based on TOD mode,and analyzes the main existing problems from the aspects of land use development,transfer inside and outside the hub,collection and distribution system and internal spatial layout,etc.In view of the existing problems,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening top-level design,innovating coordination mechanism,improving planning process and perfecting planning guidance.
