摘　　要：带式输送机(DT2型),具有输送量大、结构简单、维护方便等优点,由单机或多机组合成运输系统,广泛应用于港口、矿山、煤炭、物料加工等领域。本文讨论了港口粮食系统常用的织物芯输送带硫化粘接技术的关键点,日常维护、常见问题及处理方法,以供参考。The belt conveyor(DT2 type)has the advantages of large conveying capacity,simple structure,and easy maintenance.It is composed of a single or multiple unit composite transportation system and is suitable for inclined and horizontal conveying.It can also use a combination of concave and convex arc sections and straight sections for conveying.It is commonly used for the transportation and transfer of bulk materials and is widely used in fields such as ports,mines,coal,and material processing.This article discusses the key points,daily maintenance,common problems,and treatment methods of vulcanization bonding technology for fabric core conveyor belts commonly used in port grain systems,for reference.
