摘 要:为提高离子交换法生产硝酸钾过程中产生的氯化铵溶液进入氯化氨盐田的浓度,利用反渗透技术将收集平均浓度为15 g/L的低浓度氯化铵溶液依次经过保安过滤器、高压泵再进入一级反渗透本体装置浓缩,得到反渗透浓缩液和产水。浓缩液排入氯化铵盐田滩晒;产水再进入二级反渗透脱盐处理,得到脱盐水供生产使用。反渗透技术在离子交换法硝酸钾生产中的应用,既提高了氯化铵溶液进入盐田的整体浓度,也回收了脱盐水并用于生产使用,同时降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。In order to increase the concentration of ammonium chloride solution produced in the process of producing potassium nitrate by ion exchange method entering the ammonium chloride salt field,the reverse osmosis technology is used to collect low concentration ammonium chloride solution with an average concentration of 15g/L,which is successively passed through a security filter,a high pressure pump,and then enters the primary reverse osmosis body device for concentration to obtain reverse osmosis concentrate and water production.The concentrated solution is discharged into the ammonium chloride salt field for sun drying;The produced water enters the secondary reverse osmosis desalination treatment to obtain desalinated water for production use.The application of reverse osmosis technology in the production of Potassium nitrate by ion-exchange method not only improves the overall concentration of ammonium chloride solution entering the salt field,but also recovers desalted water for production use,while reducing production costs and improving production efficiency.
