摘  要:广汕高速铁路新塘站站房南北侧屋盖采用曲面网架结构,施工精度要求高。鉴于此,开展施工方案比选,采用MIDAS Gen建立有限元分析模型进行施工全过程模拟,分析网架分块吊装、支撑胎架卸载时构件的连接应力及变形响应,以及施工过程昼夜交替引起的温度应力对结构的影响。分析结果表明:分块吊装施工方法克服了场地狭小的限制,且施工效率和拼装质量高,不同工况下网架位移和应力满足现行国家规范要求;支撑胎架卸载宜采用等位移卸载法,施工过程宜考虑温度应力对结构的不利影响。The roof on the north and south sides of Guangzhou⁃Shanwei High⁃speed Railway Xintang Station building adopts curved grid structure,and the construction accuracy is high.In view of this,the comparison and selection of construction schemes are carried out,and the finite element analysis model is established by MIDAS Gen to simulate the whole process of construction,the stress and deformation response of components and connections during block hoisting and unloading of support bed⁃jig are analyzed,as well as the influence of temperature stress caused by day and night alternation in construction process on the structure.The analysis results show that the block hoisting construction method overcomes the limitation of narrow site,and the construction efficiency and assembly quality are high,the displacement and stress of the grid under different working conditions meet the requirements of the current national norms.The equal displacement unloading method should be adopted for the unloading of the support bed⁃jig,and the adverse effect of temperature stress on the structure should be considered in the construction process.
