摘　　要：《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要》部署了“构建国家科研论文和科技信息高端交流平台”这一与信息资源管理学科息息相关的战略任务。为进一步推动国家科研论文和科技信息高端交流平台构建的研究与实践,华中师范大学依托国家社科基金重点项目召开了学术研讨会议。会上,曾建勋教授依托课题研究作了专题报告,阐述了项目的研究背景、研究现状与内容框架,14位来自高校、馆所、科协和企业的专家进行了深入交流讨论,探讨了国家科研论文和科技信息高端交流平台的内涵及构建思路,提出了高端交流平台构建中需要突破的关键问题。The 14th Five Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China and the Long Range Objectives for 2035 has deployed the strategic task of building a national high-end communication platform for scientific research papers and scientific and technological information,which is closely related to the field of Information Resources Management.In order to further promote the research and practice of building the national high-end communication platform,Central China Normal University held an academic seminar based on key projects funded by the National Social Science Foundation.At the meeting,professor Zeng Jianxun made a special report based on the subject research,explaining the research background,research status and content framework of the project.14 experts from universities,libraries,science associations,and enterprises had in-depth discussions.They explored the connotation and construction of the national high-end communication platform for scientific research paper and technology information,and proposed key issues that need to be broken through in the construction of the platform.
