摘　　要：目的 探讨西藏高原地区缺铁性贫血发生的主要原因,为干预缺铁性贫血和临床治疗缺铁性贫血提供可借鉴依据。方法 回顾性分析西藏藏医药大学附属医院2017年1月至2023年5月79例缺铁性贫血患者病历资料,查找发病原因。结果 79例缺铁性贫血的前三位西医病因为女性月经量过多、消化系统疾病、原因不明或高原环境及饮食因素。结论 及时发现并尽早对缺铁性贫血的主要原因进行预防,可防止缺铁性贫血的发生。Objective To explore the main causes of iron deficiency anemia in Xizang plateau,and provide a reference for intervention and clinical treatment of iron deficiency anemia.Methods The medical records of 79 iron deficiency anemia patients received by Affiliated Hospital of University of Tibetan Medical from January 2017 to May 2023 retrospectively analyzed,and find out the cause of the disease.Result The top three Western medical diseases in 79 cases of iron deficiency anemia were due to excessive menstrual flow in women,digestive system diseases,unknown causes,high altitude environment and dietary factors.Conclusions Timely detection and early treatment of the main causes of iron deficiency anemia can prevent the occurrence of iron deficiency anemia.
