摘 要:随着电力系统能源转型的加速推进,新能源渗透率显著提高,多区系统互联更加密切,多能源系统耦合程度不断增强,电力市场改革逐步深入,使得新型电力系统中电力电量平衡分析更加复杂。因此,总结归纳电力电量平衡分析技术的已有进展与典型应用,结合新型电力系统的主要特点对电力电量平衡分析技术进行展望,将有助于应对未来高维不确定性下的新型电力系统电力电量平衡问题。围绕电力电量平衡问题,首先介绍其常用的几种分析方法,在此基础上针对多时间尺度下电力电量平衡分析技术进行归纳,并总结相应的加速求解技术,然后对电力电量平衡典型应用场景进行综述,最后面向新型电力系统,对电力电量平衡分析的未来发展方向进行了展望。With the acceleration of energy transformation in power systems,the penetration rate of renewable energy has significantly increased.With the interconnection of multi-region systems becoming closer,the coupling degree of multi-energy systems is constantly increasing,and the reform of the electricity market is gradually deepening,which makes the analysis of power and energy balance(P&EB)in new-type power systems(NTPSs)more complex.Therefore,it is necessary to summarize the existing progress and the typical applications of analysis technologies of P&EB and to combine the main characteristics of NTPSs to prospect the analysis technologies of P&EB,which will help to address the P&EB problems of NTPSs under high-dimensional uncertainties in the future.The focus of this paper is on the P&EB problems.Firstly,we introduce several commonly adopted analysis methods.On this basis,the analysis technologies of P&EB with multiple time scales and the corresponding acceleration technologies for solving the problems are summarized.Next,we sum up the typical application scenarios of NTPSs.Finally,we prospect the future development directions of the analysis of P&EB for NTPSs.
