摘  要:【目的】为辨析黄河流域存在的水运污染问题,科学评价流域水环境状况,【方法】以黄河流域甘肃段为研究背景,考虑到水运污染与各风险要素的非线性关系,采用能充分挖掘指标信息、处理多因素复杂非线性问题的投影寻踪IPP模型对水运污染展开评价。为保障权值最优,纳入自适应粒子群算法APSO优化权值,以此实现水运污染等级的聚类划分,引用单因素轮换OAT法对各指标进行敏感性分析。【结果】结果表明:各区域划分等级自西向东呈上升趋势,由Ⅱ级(一般严重)升至Ⅲ级(严重),评价结果与实际情况相符,验证了方法的可靠性,说明未来应着重加强对东部的管理。【结论】该评价指标体系能够从多方有效辨析黄河流域水运污染的主要问题,帮助完善黄河流域水运污染风险评价指标体系,研究成果能够为当前黄河流域水运建设规划提供参考。[Objective]To identify the water transport pollution problems in the Yellow River Basin,the water environment status of the basin was scientifically evaluated,[Methods]taking the Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin as the research background,considering the nonlinear relationship between water transport pollution and various risk factors,a projection pursuit IPP model that can fully mine indicator information and handle complex nonlinear problems with multiple factors was used to evaluate water transport pollution.In order to ensure optimal weights,the adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm APSO was incorporated to optimize weights for clustering and partitioning of water transportation pollution levels.The sensitivity analysis of each indicator was conducted using the single factor rotation OAT method.[Results]The result indicated that the classification level of each region showed an upward trend from west to east,rising from levelⅡ(generally severe)to levelⅢ(severe).The evaluation result were consistent with the actual situation,verifying the reliability of the method.In the future,emphasis should be placed on strengthening the management of the eastern region.[Conclusion]This evaluation index system can effectively identify the main problems of water transport pollution in the Yellow River Basin from multiple perspectives,and help improve the risk assessment index system of water transport pollution in the Yellow River Basin.The research result provide certain reference value for the current planning of water transportation construction in the Yellow River Basin.
