摘　　要：从宋高宗的治国理念、用人原则与近幸势力看,秦桧执政期间的宋高宗的皇权不存在象征化趋势,最关注皇权的君主本人对皇权的设想是专制性的。当皇权落实到政治实践中时,专制则因用人的不同而受到不同的冲击,但专制的实质并未动摇。Based on Sung Gaozong's governance thoughts principles of personnel appointments and favor with emperor,Sung Gaozong's power during the period of Qin Hui's administration hadn't been symbolized.Sung Gaozong's thoughts on power were autocratic.While in the political practice,emperor power faced various challenges because of the difference in personnel appointments,but the essence of autocracy remained unshaken.
