摘　　要：科研诚信这一概念的广泛应用性既具有一定价值又暗含着其内涵的不确定性。通过以科研人员、某项科研、科研机构和科研系统三个不同维度对科研诚信进行概念解构,分别探讨与科研诚信相关的品质特点及可取的价值观念,科研诚信的科研质量内涵和科研伦理内涵,科研机构和科研系统在科研诚信中的角色和功能,以此揭示科研诚信的模糊性和用途的多样性,以及证明这可能会加剧概念误解并隐藏价值冲突,不利于维护和促进科研诚信。进而,提出构建科研诚信的内部价值和外部规则的具体建议,以期推动科研诚信的建设和科技强国目标的实现。Research integrity is a well-established term.Its broad applicability has certain value but also leads to the uncertainty of its connotation.This essay deconstructs the concept of research integrity from three dimensions including the researchers,the research and research-related institutions and systems to reveal the ambiguity of research integrity,showing that there is a disparity of different usage that might be a source of confusion and hide value conflicts.It is not conducive to maintaining and promoting the construction of scientific research integrity.Therefore,this essay proposes to establish the internal value and external rules of research integrity to strengthen the construction of scientific research integrity and promote the realization of the goal of great power in science and technology.
