摘　　要：大数据时代的社会监督叙事正从话语叙事转向权利叙事,催生大数据驱动式社会监督叙事机制。这种机制由数字国家叙事场域、数字社会叙事场域和公共数据叙事场域的交互作用而形成:一方面展现出建构性、泛在性的特征;另一方面,将权力来源合法性拓展为涵盖来源合法性与叙事合法性的复合型权力合法性。数据权利叙事沿着数据链传播,形成脱域和脱时的网络舆情与网络舆论,产生强大的社会能量。因此,推动社会监督叙事的法治化、制度化和叙事议程的优化,就成为其实践进路的必然选择。With the transformation of social supervision narration from discourse narration to right narration,big data-driven social supervision narrative mechanism has taken its shape in the era of big data.This mechanism is formed by the interaction of digital national narrative field,digital social narrative field and public data narrative field.On the one hand,it exhibits its constructive and ubiquitous characteristics,and on the other hand,it expands the power source legitimacy into a compound power legitimacy that covers its source legitimacy and narrative legitimacy.The data rights narrative spreads along the data chain,forming out-of-domain and out-of-date online public opinions,and generating powerful social energy.To this end,it is extremely necessary to promote the legalization and institutionalization of social supervision narrative and the optimization of narrative agenda to improve the effect of social supervision.
