摘　　要：对国家标准《牙膏(GB/T 8372-2017)》中总氟量的测定方法提出修改建议,为新版方法的修订提供科学参考。方法:研究国家标准《牙膏(GB/T 8372-2017)》中总氟量的测定方法的操作性。结果:对总氟量的测定方法中的提取工艺和色谱条件提出修订意见和建议。结论:修订后的总氟量的测定方法稳定、准确,重现性好,且更具有适用性和耐用性。Objective:To propose modifications to the determination method of total fluorine in the National Standard《Toothpaste(GB/T 8372-2017)》,and to provide a scientific reference for the revision of the new version of the method.Methods:The operability of the determination method for total fluoride content in the National Standard《Toothpaste(GB/T 8372-2017)》was studied.Results:Revised opinions and suggestions were made regarding the extraction process and chromatographic conditions for the determination of the total fluorine content.Conclusions:The revised method for the determination of total fluorine is stable,accurate,reproducible,applicable,and durable.
