综合儿童保健对早产儿体格发育和发育商的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:分析综合儿童保健对早产儿体格发育以及发育商的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年10月于滨州市中心医院出生的122例早产儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(61例)与观察组(61例),对照组早产儿开展常规儿童保健,观察组早产儿在常规保健基础上开展综合儿童保健,对比两组早产儿保健前后头围、身长、体质量等体格发育情况,精细动作、大动作、语言、认知及社会行为能力等发育商,以及营养性疾病发生情况。结果:保健12个月后,观察组早产儿头围、身长、体质量大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);保健12个月后,观察组早产儿精细动作、大动作、语言、认知及社会行为能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);保健12个月后,观察组早产儿营养性疾病总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合性儿童保健对促进早产儿健康发育具有良好的效果,可有效预防营养性疾病的发生,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive child health care on physical development and development quotient of premature infants.Methods A total of 122 premature infants born in Binzhou Central Hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into control group(61 cases)and observation group(61 cases).The premature infants in the control group carried out routine child health care,and the premature infants in the observation group carried out comprehensive child health care on the basis of routine health care.The physical development of head circumference,body length and body mass,the development quotient of fine movement,big movement,language,cognitive and social behavior ability and the occurrence of nutritional diseases were compared between the two groups before and after health care.Results After 12 months of health care,the head circumference,body length and body weight of premature infants in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 months of health care,the scores of fine movement,big movement,language,cognition and social behavior ability of premature infants in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 months of health care,the total incidence of nutritional diseases in premature infants in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive child health care has a good effect on promoting the healthy development of premature infants,can effectively prevent the occurrence of nutritional diseases,and has high clinical promotion value.
