摘 要:为了提高手糊成型工艺制备碳纤维复合材料的力学性能,固化前对纤维布进行不同参数的超声预处理,固化成型后对试件进行弯曲和拉伸试验。利用数字图像技术(Digital Image Correlation, DIC)和扫描电子显微镜(Scanning Electron Microscope, SEM)对其进行表征分析,研究不同超声时间和功率对手糊成型碳纤维复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:当超声时间为15 min且超声功率达到300 W时,试件的弯曲和拉伸载荷分别为854.02 N和31 351.10 N,比未超声试件的弯曲和拉伸强度分别增加了32.05%和25.39%;且在此超声参数下试件的应变值变化范围和空洞数量与未超声处理时相比明显减小。由此可知,超声振动辅助手糊成型能够有效减少应力集中现象和空洞的产生,从而提高制备材料的力学性能。In order to improve the mechanical properties of the carbon fiber composites prepared by the hand lay-up molding process,the fiber cloth was pretreated with various parameters of ultrasound before curing,and the specimens were tested in bending and tension after curing and molding.The effects of various ultrasonic times and powers on the mechanical properties of the hand lay-up molded carbon fiber composites were investigated by using digital image correlation(DIC)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)for characterization.The results showed that the bending and tensile loads of the specimens were 85402 N and 31351.10 N,respectively,when the ultrasonic time was 15 min and the ultrasonic power reached 300 W.The bending and tensile strengths of the specimens increased by 3205%and 2539%,respectively,compared with those of the un-sonicated specimens.At this sonication parameter,both the range of strain value variation and the number of voids were significantly reduced compared to the specimens without sonication.This indicates that ultrasonic vibration-assisted hand lay-up molding can effectively reduce the stress concentration phenomenon and the generation of voids,thus improving the mechanical properties of the prepared materials.
