用于民机透明件的定向有机玻璃材料性能研究

摘  要:按照民用飞机旅客观察窗透明件的设计和验证要求,综合对比国内外定向拉伸有机玻璃的物理性能,其中透光率、雾度、抗银纹、热松弛性能均相当。通过二级热松弛计算定向有机玻璃的定向度,国内玻璃的定向度为68.7%,行业成熟材料的定向度则过高,破坏时易产生层间分层,因而剪切强度较差,故国内定向拉伸有机玻璃力学性能更优。采用载荷放大系数法对该材料的性能稳定性进行研究分析。该定向拉伸有机玻璃的载荷放大系数为1.015,满足民用飞机旅客观察窗透明件对材料稳定性的要求,该材料制造的民用飞机旅客观察窗透明件有望实现装机应用。Comparing the physical properties of domestic and imported stretched acrylic in accordance with the design and verification requirements of cabin window transparency for civil aircrafts,the properties of haze,luminous transmittance,craze resistance,and thermal relaxation are comparable.The orientation of stretched acrylic was calculated by secondary thermal relaxation,and the orientation of domestic glass was 68.7%.Imported glass is over oriented,resulting in interlayer delamination,thus its shear strength is poor.Therefore,the mechanical properties of domestic stretched acrylic are better.A LEF method is developed to analyze the static mechanical and fatigue properties.The result shows that the LEF factor is 1.015.The domestic stretched acrylic has met the material variability requirements of civil aircrafts.Therefore,the cabin window transparency manufactured by domestic stretched acrylic can be used in civil aircrafts.
