摘 要:分别研究了成瓷填料的结构和助熔剂的熔点对类陶瓷化聚烯烃成炭性能的影响。垂直燃烧结果表明,片层云母成炭最强,炭层维持到114s才断裂,断裂长度达到10cm;球状碳酸钙炭层最差,93s就开始断裂,断裂长度仅4cm。同样使用针状硅灰石作为成瓷填料时,玻璃粉熔点更高时,炭层能维持到178s断裂,断裂长度达15cm。炭层徕卡显微镜结果表明,层状成瓷填料成炭更加致密完整;球形填料的炭层松散易碎有裂纹;玻璃粉熔点更高时,炭层的致密性增强。通过扫描电镜(SEM)研究不同成瓷填料和助熔剂的成炭机理,研究表明,片层结构填料形成的炭层层层堆叠,阻隔作用更强;高熔点玻璃粉的成炭更加平整光滑。This article investigated the influence of the structure of ceramic fillers and the melting point offluxes on the ceramic polyolefins char layer.The vertical combustion results indicate that the laminated mica has the strongest carbon formation,and the char layer breaks after 114s,with a fracture length of 10cm;The spherical calcium carbonate carbon layer is the worst,starting to fracture at 93s,with a fracture length of 4cm.When needle like wollastonite is also used as the ceramic filler,when the melting point of glass powder is higher,the char layer can be maintained to fracture for 178s,and the fracture length can reach 15cm.The Leica microscope results of the char layer indicate that the layered ceramic filler forms more dense and complete carbon;The char layer of spherical fillers is loose,fragile,and cracked.When the melting point of glass powder is higher,the density of the char layer is enhanced.We studyed the carbonization mechanism of different ceramic fillers and fluxes through scanning electron microscopy(SEM);The char layers formed by layered fillers are stacked layer by layer,which has a stronger barrier effect;The carbonization of high melting point glass powder is smoother.
