摘  要:采用压缩永久变形和压缩应力松弛作为特性指标,应用阿累尼乌斯方程对氟橡胶进行了寿命评估,同时采用氦质谱检漏仪监测气密性随老化时间的变化,对氟橡胶密封材料压缩永久变形、压缩应力松弛与气密性的相关性进行研究分析。结果表明,对于该氟橡胶密封材料,气密性指标为老化非敏感指标。In this paper,compression set and compression stress relaxation were used as characteristic indexes,the life evaluation of fluororubber was carried out by Arrhenius equation,and the change of air tightness with aging time was monitored by helium mass spectrometry leak detector,and the correlation between compression set,compression stress relaxation and air tightness of fluoroelastomer sealing materials was studied.The results show that for the fluoroelastomer sealing material,the air tightness index is the aging non-sensitive index.
