摘 要:针对硫硅酸钙-硫铝酸钙(TCSA)凝结较快、流动度和力学强度较低的问题,采用了掺减水剂复配缓凝剂的方法,开展协同改善TCSA性能的研究。研究发现,萘系减水剂(BNS)复配柠檬酸(CA)与聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)复配β-环糊精(β-CD)对TCSA水泥均具有较好的缓凝效果,并能提高浆体初始流动度,其中,PCE复配β-CD对水泥中后期强度的提高更为优异,其最佳组分为0.25%PCE复配0.05%β-CD,TCSA水泥的7d和28d抗压强度分别可达到73.9MPa和103.8MPa。水化结果表明,PCE复配β-CD延缓了TCSA水泥早期的水化进程,降低了3d钙矾石(AFt)的生成量,晶体形貌多为扁平短柱状。分析指出,PCE复配β-CD的协同一方面抑制了TCSA的早期水化,另一方面减少了用水量,提高了产物的致密性,从而达到了凝结时间正常、流动度合适和力学强度高的效果。Ternesite-calcium sulfoaluminate(TCSA) setting time is shorter while the fluidity and mechanical strength are lower.Herein,the method of synergistic regulation of water reducing agent compounded with retarder was adopted to solve this.The study found that β-naphthalenelfonic superplasticizer(BNS) compounded with citric acid(CA) and polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE)compounded with β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) both have better retarding effect on TCSA cement and can improve the initial fluidity of the paste.The best component is 0.25% PCE compounded with 0.05% β-CD,and the 7 d and 28 d compressive strength of TCSA cement can reach 73.9 MPa and 103.8 MPa,respectively.The hydration results showed that PCE compounded with β-CD retarded the early hydration process of TCSA cement,reducing the generation of ettringite(AFt) for 3 d,and the morphology of AFt crystal was mostly flat and short columnar.The analysis pointed out that the synergistic effect of the PCE compounded with β-CD inhibited the early hydration of TCSA on the one hand,and on the other hand,the reduced water consumption improved the denseness of the product hydration.Therefore,the setting time became normal,the fluidity of the paste became suitable and mechanical strength became higher.
